Strategic Plan
In 2019 we undertook a strategic planning process where we and many other stake holders, including educators and parents, looked at the future direction of HILLS – at where our strengths and opportunities lie and what we need to keep, remove, change or introduce.
We gratefully acknowledge all the work that has gone before us – including the strategic actions that were presented in 2017 – which are now complete – the most significant of which is to bring the Secondary Campus back to the Verdun site.
The Executive Management Team have developed a detailed action plan that is reviewed annually and is officially approved be the School Board.
The below document further expands the 6 key strategic areas and outlines key priorities in each area that have been identified for 2026.
