The Hills Christian Community School (HILLS) is a co-educational, non-denominational Christian School, for Reception to Year 12 students. Our ELC – Year 12 Campus is situated on picturesque grounds at Verdun, which is only minutes away from the South-Eastern Freeway and 5 minutes from Hahndorf.

Front Office Reception & Administration Officer (Permanent)
- Permanent Part Time (0.83 FTE) for 43 weeks per annum
- 35 hours per week – Monday – Friday 8:25 am – 3:55 pm (during term time plus 3 additional weeks during the school holidays)
- General Staff, Level 2 Year 1 -3 (depending on experience) – Approx. $63,043 -$65,798 FTE equivalent $75,401 – $78,696
Role Purpose
The Front Office Administration serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the school community. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, supportive and Christian school community.

- Part-Time Position (approx. 13 hours per week) commencing 19th January 2026
- 41 weeks per annum (Term Time, plus 1 week before school commences).
- 1 Year Temporary Contract with potential to develop into a longer-term permanent position.

Role Description
This role supports the wellbeing of students by providing therapeutic, emotional, and social support to students. The School Counsellor/Social Worker plays an integral part in the school’s wellbeing team, with opportunities for collaboration and ongoing professional development within a supportive team context.

ELC Cert III Educator (Casual)
HILLS is seeking applications for an Early Learning Centre (ELC) Certificate III Qualified Educator for a Casual position, likely 2 shifts per week from 8.30am to 3.30pm. Opportunity to work vacation care during the holidays.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Certificate III Qualified Educator at our Early Learning Centre (ELC) plays a vital role in the care, education, and development of young children. Reporting to the Lead Teachers and the Head of ELC, the Certificate III Qualified Educator is responsible for supporting and implementing high-quality emergent research learning opportunities that adhere to the National Quality Framework (NQF) and align with the Centre’s philosophy and goals. This role requires a dedicated educator who can create a nurturing and stimulating environment, work collaboratively with colleagues, and build strong relationships with families and the community.
