Business Manager
Introduction

Role Purpose
HILLS is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, strategic and experienced Business Manager with excellent financial acumen commencing January 2026. The Business Manager is a key member of the School’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the effective and faithful stewardship of the school’s financial, operational, and physical resources.
Qualifications / Pre Requisites

- Tertiary qualification/s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.

Role Purpose
HILLS is seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic applicant to undertake the role of First Aid and Front Office Administration Officer commencing Monday 23rd June. The First Aid and Front Office Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our students. This role encompasses the dual responsibility of providing immediate first aid assistance to students, together with all medical related tasks and supporting administrative duties essential for the smooth functioning of the school. A sound knowledge and confidence in providing first aid and high level of professionalism, confidentiality and an enthusiastic approach to working are key components in carrying out this role.

Early Learning Centre (ELC) Diploma Qualified Educator
HILLS is seeking applications for an Early Learning Centre (ELC) Diploma Qualified Educator (including Before or After School Care & Vacation Care – 48 weeks per year) commencing Term 3 2025. 2 – 3 shifts per week with opportunity for additional hours (6.5 hours per shift).
Morning Open: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Close: 11:00am – 6:00pm
The ELC is closed for two weeks over the Christmas Break and another two weeks of annual leave can be taken at the individual’s discretion, in consultation with the ELC Director (to ensure that a suitable replacement is available).
Role Purpose
The Diploma Qualified Educator plays a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to young children at HILLS ELC. Reporting to the ELC Teacher and ELC Director/Educational Leader, this educator supports inquiry-based learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework, Reggio Emilia principles, nature pedagogy and the Christian values of our school.
